Get Involved!
“It’s such a privilege to see the impact and power that community has on people’s careers and lives, especially for women growing their confidence and leadership skills. Everyone wants their work to make a difference, not just an income. We’ve been told that our work-life isn’t
‘personal’ and should be kept separate from our personal lives with that ‘work-life balance’ thing. That’s great, but as we spend so much time with our work and career — and with the people at work — it sure is personal! When we are fulfilled and challenged, and also surrounded by support, we feel that magical quality of alignment. In the best companies, this flows from the CEO to happier employees, clients, and business success. This takes work. And this work is worth it!” Stephanie Eidelman
