ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Client Success Representative is a client-facing customer service and retention role with clients enrolled in a debt settlement program. The position requires excellent communication and active listening skills, and the ability to communicate in an empathetic and understanding way, to reduce emotion, deescalate stressful situations and provide clients with the necessary information and motivation to help them succeed in the program. You will be required to communicate clearly with clients about credit, debt and other financial topics in order for them to achieve success in the program. The Client Success Representative will be responsible for client retention, customer service and support.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
- Build relationships to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide customer service second-to-none
- Be a clear communicator and active listener
- Exude professionalism in every interaction with clients
- Have as strong understanding of consumer finance in areas of credit, collections, debt and credit reporting
- Motivate clients to succeed, especially during difficult times
- Communicate with empathy to reduce stress and emotions when dealing with clients
- Manage customer contacts in a detailed way using multiple CRM and Business Management Systems
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION
- 3 years of inside sales experience or client retention sales experience
- 2 years of call center experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Debt Settlement sales, client support and/or debt negotiation experience a plus
- In lieu of industry experience, a 4-year degree in sales, marketing or finance with related work in customer support or retention
- Strong communication skills with an ability to be empathetic and remain positive in a high-volume call center environment
- Must be able to demonstrate effective analytical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Must be a motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Possess an ability to set and achieve goals and work independently
- Must be able to demonstrate a strong proficiency with business software applications such as Microsoft office, Salesforce CRM or similar CRM software and call center telephony software

- Typical compensation: $36K – $44K+ (Commensurate with Experience)
